Our Sathi Partner-এর তথ্য
Our Sathi Partner হিসেবে নিবন্ধনের সময় পরিচয় ও সেবা যাচাইয়ের জন্য অতিরিক্ত তথ্য প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
এর মধ্যে থাকতে পারে:
- জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র বা অন্যান্য পরিচয়পত্র

লোকেশন তথ্য
Our Sathi-এর কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সেবা Location-এর ওপর নির্ভরশীল।

- কাছাকাছি Driver বা Partner খোঁজা
- Pickup এবং Destination নির্ধারণ
- Parcel Pickup ও Delivery

আপনার ডিভাইসের Permission এবং Operating System-এর নিয়ম অনুযায়ী Location Access পরিচালিত হবে।
আপনি Device Settings থেকে Location Permission পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন। তবে Location Permission বন্ধ করলে Our Sathi-এর কিছু সেবা সঠিকভাবে কাজ নাও করতে পারে।
ক্যামেরা, ছবি ও ফাইল
Our Sathi-এর নির্দিষ্ট ফিচার ব্যবহারের জন্য Camera, Photo Library বা File Access প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
যেমন:

- Shop/Product Images
- Service-related Images
- Support বা অভিযোগের প্রমাণ
এসব Permission শুধুমাত্র সংশ্লিষ্ট ফিচারের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ব্যবহৃত হবে।
পেমেন্ট সম্পর্কিত তথ্য
Our Sathi বিভিন্ন সময়ে Cash, Cash on Delivery এবং অনুমোদিত Digital Payment Method সমর্থন করতে পারে।
Digital Payment-এর ক্ষেত্রে লেনদেন অনুমোদিত Payment Gateway, Bank, Mobile Financial Service অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট Payment Service Provider-এর মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হতে পারে।
আমরা সাধারণত সম্পূর্ণ Card Number, PIN, OTP বা Password সংরক্ষণ করি না।
ব্যবহারকারীকে কখনোই তার PIN, Password বা OTP অন্য কারো সাথে শেয়ার না করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
অন্য ব্যক্তির তথ্য
Parcel, Delivery, Shopping বা অন্য কোনো সেবার জন্য আপনি অন্য ব্যক্তির নাম, ফোন নম্বর বা ঠিকানা প্রদান করতে পারেন।
এ ধরনের তথ্য দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তির তথ্য আমাদের কাছে দেওয়ার যথাযথ অধিকার বা অনুমতি আপনার রয়েছে বলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে।

Our Sathi-এর সেবা পরিচালনার জন্য প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সীমিত তথ্য সংশ্লিষ্ট পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করা হতে পারে।
উদাহরণস্বরূপ, একটি Ride-এর ক্ষেত্রে Driver-এর সাথে প্রয়োজনীয় Pickup Information অথবা Delivery-এর ক্ষেত্রে Partner/Shop-এর সাথে Delivery Information শেয়ার করা হতে পারে।
এছাড়াও প্রযুক্তিগত বা ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য অনুমোদিত Cloud, Hosting, Analytics, Payment, Communication বা অন্যান্য Service Provider ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
আমরা ব্যবহারকারীর ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি করি না।

তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা
আমরা ব্যবহারকারীর ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য অননুমোদিত প্রবেশ, পরিবর্তন, অপব্যবহার বা প্রকাশ থেকে রক্ষা করার জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রযুক্তিগত ও প্রশাসনিক নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করি।
তবে ইন্টারনেট বা ডিজিটাল তথ্য সংরক্ষণের কোনো পদ্ধতিই শতভাগ নিরাপত্তার নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারে না।
তথ্য সংরক্ষণ
ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্য সেবা প্রদান, ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম, নিরাপত্তা, বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি এবং আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতার জন্য যতদিন প্রয়োজন ততদিন সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে।

Payments
Our Sathi may support cash, Cash on Delivery and approved digital payment methods.

Our Sathi generally does not store your complete card number, PIN, OTP or account password.
Never share your password, PIN or OTP with another person.
Information About Other People
When using parcel, delivery, shopping or similar services, you may provide information about another person, such as their name, phone number or delivery address.
